Here is some helpful information about our packaging and shipping.
Shipping to an address in the United States
When shipping to an address in the United States, you have the option of shipping through the US Postal
Service or UPS. When you add items to your shopping cart, we will automatically choose the least expensive
shipping method for your packages. If you would prefer to upgrade the shipping method, you can always change
it from the View Cart page.
For single personalized greeting cards being delivered directly to someone else (with a US address), the
cost of a First Class stamp is: $0.46.

Because of heavy mail volume around the holidays (i.e.-Christmas), please allow a few extra days of delivery
time when shipping via First Class or Priority mail.
Your shipping costs are calculated based upon the weight of your package. To view the shipping options
and pricing for your package, click the
Edit Shipping Method link from the
View Shopping Cart
page.
Please note that UPS packages only move on business days (Monday and Friday) and UPS does not ship on
major holidays. When you select your shipping method, you will be presented with the guaranteed delivery dates for
UPS services.
You don't have to wait for a coupon or sale to earn
Free Standard Shipping
on your order. Any packages with a merchandise sub-total (before adding shipping and sales tax) of $75
or more and being delivered to an address in the continental United States will qualify for free standard shipping via the
US Postal Service.
The free shipping offer is not available on packages delivered to Alaska and Hawaii.

Scheduled Ship Date
You don't need to guess about when your order will be shipped. When you press the CHECKOUT button on the
View Cart page, you'll see the date that your package(s) are scheduled to leave our fulfillment center.
Orders that are received before 2:00PM EST will be processed on the same day. If you have
requested personalization on larger quantities (i.e. - boxed cards) your order will be delayed by 3 business days.
Packaging
If you have chosen to deliver the items to yourself, they will be shipped in non-bendable packaging to
protect your merchandise.
If you are delivering a single personalized greeting card to someone else as a gift, it will be sealed in
its envelope, stamped, and sent directly to the recipient. You have the option of adding your return
address to the envelope. If you are sending a gift along with the card, the gift and greeting card will placed inside
another package and sent to the recipient.
Order Tracking
Once your package has left one of our fulfillment centers (Buffalo, NY or Mankato, MN), you will receive
an email message confirming the shipment.
If you have selected a shipping method that offers tracking (i.e.-UPS), you will receive a tracking number
that can be used to follow the progress of your order. If you have created an account, you can also log
into your account to view the order status.
