The border of the card consists of shimmering red foil creating a wonderful contrast to the deep red background artwork while small red sequins are affixed on the bottom half of the card. A wide red ribbon runs from the top to the bottom of the card, passing underneath the die cut tip on banner that contains the front verse. A very thin dashed line of red foil and small touches of glitter create a border around the scalloped shaped banner. Since the banner is attached on top of the panel and above the red ribbon it creates a wonderful 3D effect to the card design.
